The Opportunity:
The Change Enablement Delivery Coordinator provides administrative support to the Change Manager and the Change Leads by supporting the team with data entry, governance, and a number of administrative tasks.
This is a hybrid role with requirements to be on site 3 days a week, providing a balance between remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.
About The Role:
- Provide efficient administrative support to Change Leads, enhancing team productivity and enabling focus on strategic CR initiatives.
- Facilitate daily CR triage calls for both the Change team and <$50K assessment teams, managing the intake of new work from client CR submissions.
- Manage related processes, including monitoring the Change Control mailbox, updating Ivanti, and handling administrative tasks such as meeting minutes and outbound request submissions.
What You Need to Succeed:
Education:
- University Degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in:
- IT methodologies (SDLC, Agile, ITIL, etc.).
- Finance, Technology, or Sales.
- Project Management (an asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skill requirements:
- Strong business and technical writing abilities.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of analytical techniques.
- Understanding of technologies and business practices in the financial services sector.
- Bilingualism in French (an asset).
