Job Description:
The Franchise Advisor plays a central role in the success and development of the franchise system. They are responsible for overseeing the educational operations of franchisees, ensuring adherence to the brand standards and systems, while supporting franchisee success in the market. By cultivating a strong and cohesive brand image they elevate the customer experience at all locations. Responsibilities include providing support and training to franchisees, monitoring performance and alignment, and liaising between franchisor and franchisee locations to provide an exceptional service experience. Through guidance, oversight, and leadership skills the Franchise Support and Education Manager advances the growth, financial success, development and customer experience for both Franchisees and Franchisor.

The Franchise Advisor will possess a strong sense of integrity, a desire to ensure adherence to the systems and processes, and an understanding of the needs of both franchisees and franchisors. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, attention to detail and ability to manage competing interests are required. They must be able to work independently and as part of a larger interrelated community.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a focus on Education preferred.
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience
- Ability to foster growth while maintaining operational consistency.
- Analysis and scouting of potential markets for new opportunities.
- Understanding marketing practices and customer preferences.
- Negotiation, analysis and assessment skills
- 5-10 years in Education and 2-5 years’ experience in a franchise system is an asset
- Experienced in facilitating onboarding and delivering training programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel/Outlook, CRM platform
- Drivers license and daily access to a car
Key Responsibilities:
-Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Franchisees and within the corporate team
- Establish and maintain efficient systems, cycles and processes for franchise communication, compliance, and support
- Oversee the franchise training and education, participate in candidate selection, and onboarding to ensure a successful fit aligned with the brand culture and values.
- Provide full onboarding and training for new and existing franchisees such as staff training and coaching to ensure an exceptional educational standard and brand compliance to support the Spirit of Math client experience.
- Monitor and analyze competitor education and market trends to identify opportunities for growth as well as any challenges
- Alignment with 5-Star system and recognizing success of franchisees
- Facilitate start-up and ongoing training for franchisees and their employees, including regular and annual meetings
- Identify any additional training needs as they arise and develop and deliver training to franchisees.
