CAMPUS INSPECTOR Job Description L1 

 

Job Description: 

Spirit of Math Inspectors are a critical part of maintaining the highest standards at the campuses and the alignment of the brand standard experience across all locations. The Campus Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections at campuses and reporting the results of the inspections.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail oriented and highly dependable. They have strong written and oral communication styles and are naturally oriented to seeing and recognizing detailed standards items. This individual is efficient and naturally gets tasks completed quickly.

Decision-Making Ability & Authorities: 

This role has the authority to conduct campus inspections, complete and submit the inspection form and provide feedback to teachers and principals/owners. 

Education Requirements 

A degree from a recognized university, Fundamentals of Teaching Mathematics Part 2. 

 

Skills, Knowledge, & Experience 

Employment with Spirit of Math for at least one (1) year. 

Key Responsibilities 

The inspector represents the Campus Operations Standards and Systems Department, while visiting and inspecting different campuses periodically. They build strong relationships with campus staff and communicate any concerns with the Campus Standards Department. 

The inspector is responsible for the following: 

  1. visiting campuses during class time (4:00 p.m. – 8 p.m.) 

  1. completing routine inspections and all the required accompanying form/paperwork 

  1. following up with Campus Standards Specialists as needed 

  1. other tasks as required to conduct and complete inspections
