Lease Development Specialist
The Lease Development Specialist will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Dealer Development and Support of SCI Lease Corp, an organization that provides captive leasing for Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and Maserati vehicles. Core functions consist of relationship management, delivering lease training, increasing lease volume through the execution of programs and development strategies, increasing dealer retention rates, increasing auction purchases, and providing support and assistance to our Credit, Funding, Lease Services, Lease Maturity and Remarketing teams. Additionally, the individual will be responsible to achieve monthly and annual performance-based targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage relationships at all FCA and Maserati dealership levels (GM, DP, Sales Staff, SM, Used Car Manager, FSM, etc.) within a defined region:
- Act in the best interest of all parties including the organization, maintaining a consistent and professional manner in all dealings
- Manage required account information and activities using Salesforce
- Deliver training to dealership staff to facilitate their ability to sell and manage leases to their clients from origination to an eventual repeat lease, buyout, or return
- Implement full circle lease volume growth strategies that focus on all aspects of our company (front-end, middle, and back end)
- Support monthly Credit, Funding, Lease Services, Lease Maturity and Remarketing program initiatives; provide feedback and ideas for new programs
- Promote and sell SCI Lease Corp products and programs to dealers, including extended wear and tear coverage
- Generate increased transactional lease volume through various strategic lender and Vendor initiatives
- Develop and grow relations with franchised FCA and Maserati dealers to purchase off lease units
- Grow an online and physical auction buyer base of our off-lease vehicles
- Employ lease retention tactics through portfolio management
- Support the development and implementation of any new workflow process changes between internal departments and FCA dealers
- Actively participate in weekly sales meetings (currently virtual) and annual sales meetings and company-wide conferences (currently virtual)

QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS required

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3-5 years automotive leasing/financing and or digital marketing experience
- Experience working from a remote office
EDUCATION
- Post-Secondary Degree
