Goodness Gift is a socially conscious enterprise that creates and curates high-quality gifts by employing individuals with autism. We are the social enterprise arm of the SAAAC Autism Centre.
Our fulfillment center is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your Role
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be important to our team's success, focusing on the processing and shipping of orders. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that our products are handled with care and reach our customers in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
• Process incoming orders, picking and packing products with attention to detail.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure orders are complete and undamaged.
• Manage inventory, including restocking and organizing products in the warehouse.
• Use our warehouse management system to track orders and inventory levels.
• Participating in product creation activities, such as candle making, to develop and refine our gift offerings. This includes measuring, weighing, pouring, labeling, and ensuring the quality of our candle products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Who You Are
• No prior experience in fulfillment or warehousing is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.
• You're adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a collaborative spirit and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• You are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in every aspect of your work.
• Individuals who are neurodiverse or have different abilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
