Role Overview

At Rejuvenation, we rely on our knowledgeable professionals to interact with our valued customers who have questions or concerns. We’re looking for highly skilled call centre agents to join our team, managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can memorize scripts and adapt them when issues arise during a call. This person will handle a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, and instructions. As the voice of our company, the call centre agent must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping consumers and driving their satisfaction!

 

Role Objectives 

  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s products and services to go off-script when necessary.
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s request, including follow-ups with the escalation team
  • Recommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organizational efficiency.

 

Role Responsibilities 

The Call Centre Agent’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet clients over the phone and provide the Rejuvenation U-Experience through excellent customer service.
  • Apply a client-first mentality to go above and beyond to meet client expectations.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure clients are being tended to in a timely manner.
  • Perform appointment bookings, reminder calls, and follow-up calls.
  • Answer online customer inquiries.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Assist with client referrals and manage patient information database to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle client information in a confidential manner
  • Participate in customer service training as needed.
  • Educate clients on Rejuvenation’s product and service offerings.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management and the supervisory team.

 

Role Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of proven customer service work experience
  • Must be fluent in English (fluency in other languages is an asset)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-first mentality; has a passion for helping people and going above and beyond to meet clients’ needs.
  • Experience in the medical or aesthetics industry would be an asset.
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work as a team and independently.
  • Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings.
  • Exceptional time-management and decision-making skills
