Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer with a journalism background and a strong understanding of AI prompting to join our marketing team. This role will focus on developing high-quality, engaging, and informative content that aligns with our brand voice, enhances our online presence, and supports business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with an analytical mindset who excels in creating SEO-friendly blogs, newsletters, and website content. Additionally, this role requires a keen understanding of AI tools to optimize content ideation and production.

This position will support multiple brands, requiring the ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders while managing various content projects simultaneously. A successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role Objectives 

The Content Writer responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Content Development & Strategy

• Research, write, and edit high-quality blog articles on relevant industry topics, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
• Refactor and optimize existing content for new website launches, maintaining brand consistency and readability.
• Develop and curate informative and engaging clinic newsletters that align with company messaging and audience interests.
• Adapt content for multiple platforms, including website pages, email campaigns, and social media.
• Manage content for multiple brands, ensuring messaging is tailored while maintaining brand consistency.

AI-Powered Content Optimization

• Leverage AI tools and prompting techniques to enhance content efficiency and innovation.
• Develop AI-driven content prompts to optimize structure, engagement, and storytelling.
• Stay informed on AI advancements in content creation, integrating best practices into workflows.

SEO & Performance Analysis

• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and strategic formatting.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to refine strategy and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand objectives and digital strategy.

Collaboration & Brand Consistency

• Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing specialists to create cohesive and impactful content.
• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and messaging while meeting business goals.
• Conduct interviews and research to source expert-backed insights for blogs and website content
• Work with different departments and stakeholders to align content with business objectives across multiple brands.

Role Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Journalist with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Expertise in AI prompting and AI-powered content creation to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Strong research skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, digestible content.
• SEO optimization experience, including keyword research and content performance analysis.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and brands while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.), email marketing tools, and content analytics platforms.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or dermatology content is a plus.
