Role Overview
The primary function of a Patient Care Coordinator is to provide an exceptional experience by providing a welcoming environment for all clients, patients and guests. This role is also accountable for ensuring that everyone receives the “U” experience while visiting a Rejuvenation facility by verifying patient demographics information, creating relationships with visitors and maintaining cleanliness at the facility.
Role Objectives
The Patient Care Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet clients upon arrival and provide the Rejuvenation experience through excellent customer service
- Answering incoming calls and answering general inquiries and concerns (telephone, walk-in, email)
- Accept payments at the front desk, follow up and liaise between doctors, staff and patients
- Enter patient information into database ensuring confidentiality
- Filing, scanning, and electronic filing documents and statements
- Go above and beyond to meet client expectations
- Perform appointment bookings, reminder, and follow-up calls.
- Answer online customer inquiries through Textline software
- Accept client payments in a professional and confidential manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and material items
- Participate in customer service training as needed
- Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisory team
Role Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven customer service experience
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to have attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Previous industry experiences an asset
