Role Overview
The primary function of the Operations Team Lead is to provide leadership to the front-end reception team, while ensuring the ‘U’ Experience is provided to all guests of Rejuvenation. The Operations Team Lead is also accountable for cross-training the team and ensuring sufficient staffing levels at all times to meet the needs of our clients and patients.
Role Objectives
The Operations Team Lead responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coach and motivate operations team to meet and exceed goals and targets
- Greet clients and provide the “U” experience through excellent customer service
- Train and evaluate staff to ensure high performance practices
- Schedule, motivate, and supervise staff members to achieve highest results possible
- Follow company-wide disciplinary practices to manage employees as needed, ensure appropriate communication and documentation is kept
- Effectively balance the needs of the company and the desires of the employees
- Reconcile outstanding client accounts in a professional and confidential manner
- Manage client referrals and patient information database
- Accept client payments in a professional and confidential manner
- Ensure operations team keeps reception area tidy and presentable
- Minimize the risk of theft throughout the organization by monitoring inventory closely
- Ensure bank transfers and cash handling is done in a secure and professional manner
- Participate in monthly product training and customer service training as needed
- Educate customers on products and services provided by the clinic
- Help implement new policies and improve current clinic practices
- Provide coverage for operations staff and health care professionals as needed
- Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisory team
Role Qualifications
- MOA certification from an accredited institution or higher preferred
- 2+ years of proven clerical and customer service work experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings
