Position: Quality Documentation Specialist

Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec or Burlington or Oakville, Ontario

Status: 1 Year Contract (12 months)

We are seeking a candidate with a passion for quality assurance and documentation to fill the Quality Specialist, Documentation position. This is a 1-year contract position.

What would be your main responsibilities as a Quality Documentation Specialist?

  • Process customer documentation requests for various types of documents (e.g., specifications, certificates) using Salesforce and TraceGains systems.
  • Complete and manage various forms, surveys, questionnaires, and checklists.
  • Create, track, close, and manage CASEs in Salesforce for incoming documentation requests.
  • Assist with the creation and processing of CASEs, forms, and questionnaires via Salesforce.
  • Support the review, approval, maintenance, and upload of documents in TraceGains (document management system) as needed.
  • Conduct supplier outreach to request missing documentation.
  • Utilize portal platforms as necessary to obtain required documentation.
  • Collaborate with all relevant departments to address any issues related to documentation requirements.
  • Update internal FAQs and user guides as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of documentation standards and procedures.
  • Provide support to other teams, such as Quality Compliance and Complaints, during task overflow periods.
  • Assist the team in fulfilling documentation requests, including forms, questionnaires, and standard documents.
  • Maintain and update tracking lists for managing documentation.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as required.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in document management and quality management systems.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or regulated environments, particularly on quality-related projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in a science field, preferably with a background in Food or Pharma.
  • Proficient in computer skills and comfortable working in an advanced digital environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and taking necessary actions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Skilled at analyzing and interpreting information with sound judgment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.
  • Capable of managing and resolving conflict situations effectively.

Compensation Information: The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $43,600 to $65,400. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

 

Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
