We’re looking for our next Specialist, Integrated Media Affiliates. Could It Be You?

The Specialist, Integrated Media Affiliates will assist in executing and maintaining affiliate relationships, supporting the execution of program strategies, and contributing to the growth of the affiliate program. This role focuses on driving program performance, assisting with influencer initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

In this role, you will help execute affiliate marketing campaigns, support relationship management with key affiliates, and contribute to the overall program strategy. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the program, supporting influencer initiatives, and contributing to affiliate growth.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Program Execution & Management:

• Assist with the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the Senior Specialist in optimizing affiliate program performance and identifying potential areas for growth, including outreach.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track affiliate program performance.

Relationship Management:

• Help manage and maintain relationships with affiliates and influencers.
• Serve as a key point of contact for affiliate-related questions and issues.
• Ensure ongoing affiliate engagement and success within the program.

Campaign & Promotional Support:

• Support the launch and day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns.
• Assist in the creation and execution of promotions to drive affiliate acquisition and retention.

Affiliate Program Growth:

• Contribute to the implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing the visibility and impact of the affiliate program.
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new affiliate partnerships in collaboration with the Senior Specialist.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work with internal teams such as marketing, influencer, sales, and product to ensure alignment on affiliate program goals.
• Assist in cross-functional collaboration to achieve the affiliate program objectives.

Influencer Program Support:

• Support influencer program activities and ensure they align with the overall marketing strategies.
• Help monitor influencer campaigns, ensuring coordination and communication with influencers.

• Have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Have strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Have high positive energy, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Have strong, professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Are eager to learn and grow within affiliate marketing.
