Field Support Specialist - Critical Environments

 The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:   

  • Willing to re-locate to Atlanta, GA after 6-month training period in Winnipeg.
  • Provide after-sale support to customers via daily incoming requests (phone, email, Teams).
  • Travel to jobsites within North America up to 25% per month.
  • Diagnose & troubleshoot field issues.
  • Work with sales representatives and various internal departments on resolving product quality issues.
  • Engage in on-site product testing and performing minor repairs (as needed).
  • Assist with installation and/or commissioning of systems which use Price products
  • Participate in visits with sales representatives and their customers (either at PRCN, other Price Facilities, or in the field, as required).
  • Perform presentations & webinars to train and prepare customers for installation of Price products.
  • Work on projects which help streamline processes within the Field Support Department.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have:  

  • Engineering Degree or Diploma.
  • An understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles, and ability to read engineering / architectural drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CAD software.
  • Previous experience in customer service and technical support would be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in sheet metal manufacturing and HVAC industry would be considered an asset.
  • Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to travel within North America.
  • Technically inclined, energetic, productive, and can handle multiple priorities in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy.
