Engineering Summer Student (GRD) (4 or 8 Month term)

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include: 

• Will use SolidWorks to create parametric models and engineering drawings of GRD products.
• Resolve and consult with others to correct design problems between manufacturing and engineering. 
• Draft technical details as well as assembly instructions and comments. 
• Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have: 

• Completed at least one year of a post-secondary engineering or engineering technology program.
• An enthusiastic learner and problem solver. Good listening skills. Hands-on skills. Plays for the team.
• Proficiency in Solid Works. 
• Previous experience in manufacturing or HVAC industry would be considered an asset.
• Technically inclined, energetic, productive, and can handle multiple priorities in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy.
