Warehouse Associate

The Team

Price Electronics designs, manufactures and supports advanced industrial HVAC controls using the latest technology.  Our team consists of electrical and software engineers with support on the mechanical side. Our team handles the development of a variety of controllers that control airflow, heating, cooling, lighting and require high reliability firmware and software.  We believe that excellence is possible through continuous innovation and love learning new things.  

The Role

This role focuses on handling electronics materials, including shipping, receiving, inspection, inventory management, and ensuring quality standards using ERP systems and technical tools.

 

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

  • Handle electronics materials, including shipping, receiving, kitting, and material handling to the production line.
  • Receive materials physically and update records using the ERP system.
  • Pack and ship products physically and through the ERP system.
  • Perform visual inspections of electronic parts and components.
  • Report any non-conformances or defects to Quality Control.
  • Maintain inventory and conduct cycle counting as required.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, written instructions, and shop aids.
  • Ensure quality is prioritized, identifying and addressing quality gaps during processes.
  • Utilize Excel and other MS Office tools as needed.
  • Perform various other duties as required.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift training and certification.
  • Working knowledge of electronics and/or electronics manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
