RESPONSIBILTIES
- Train. supervise and mentor team members to improve their knowledge and execution of reverse logistics operations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the reverse supply chain and reduce costs associated with returns.
- Coordinate with vendors, third-party logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to improve reverse logistics efficiency.
- Coordinate communications effectively with internal and external clients
- Analyze return data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all reverse logistics documentation is performed with accuracy & efficiency
- Collaborate with reverse coordinators and warehouse teams to streamline return product times and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all returned products are handled according to quality standards and company policies.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Maintain targets, objectives, and goals throughout the assigned team
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a warehouse or a similar supervisor position
- 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or the transportation industry
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral forms

- High school diploma/GED required
