Field Technology Consultant - Any Location

At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for 4- Field Technology Consultants (Precision Ag) to join our fast-paced, energetic organization; one to support each of our 4 regions. 

Region 1: Swift Current, Kyle, Maple Creek, Shaunavon

Region 2: North Battleford, Unity, Kindersley, Leader

Region 3: Humboldt, Kelvington, Wynyard, Preeceville, Kamsack, Swan River

Region 4: Yorkton, Balcarres, Moosomin, Russell

Our Field Technology Consultants deliver exceptional service by providing customers field technology support for products such as weather stations, cameras, precision upgrades and T3RRA products. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all departments focused on teamwork and delivering exemplary customer service
• Sell, service, and support weather stations and cameras
• Support all precision upgrade sales and needs
• Support all sales/installs of T3RRA products
• Strictly adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies
• Monitor calls/tickets to ExpertConnect, quickly and accurately provide solutions
• Provide summaries and recommendations on action items and processes for the department

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including extensive travel, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Agronomy knowledge/technical repair background an asset
• Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
• Highschool diploma/equivalent required
• The ability to use desktop and internet applications
