Field Technology Coordinator - Emerald Park

Our Field Technology Coordinator delivers exceptional service by coordinating/supporting the Field Technology team with weather stations, cameras, precision upgrades and T3RRA products, and providing quotes to customers on products and services. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all departments focused on teamwork and delivering exemplary customer service
• Strictly adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies
• Monitor calls/tickets to ExpertConnect, quickly and accurately provide solutions
• Sell, assemble, install, repair, and support weather stations
• Procure and track inventory to keep up with demands
• Support precision upgrades as needed
• Work with Agronomy team to gather field data
• Provide summaries and recommendations on action items and processes for the department

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including extensive travel, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years experience in agriculture-related role
• Agronomy experience, and technical repair background an asset
• Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
• Highschool diploma/equivalent required
• The ability to use desktop and internet applications
