Intelligence Solutions Agronomy Manager

Our IS Agronomy Manager is committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers by providing agronomic services and introduction of new technology and direct field work for key strategic accounts. Responsibilities

• Support IS team with agronomic field support
• Stay up to date on latest John Deere equipment and technology
• Plan and facilitate customer demo, in-field start ups/optimizations for key customers and new technology product offerings
• Manage the Intelligence Solutions Agronomist team
• Build and maintain constructive work relationships with all departments to support the team and organization

Requirements

• Excellent communication, public speaking, and training skills
• 6+ years experience in ag or related field
• Certified Crop Advisor & Professional Agrologist designations
• Dealership sales, service, and/or training experience in an ag environment
• Knowledge/familiarity with technology used in ag equipment
• Ability to use desktop and internet applications
• Grade 12 or equivalent, Business/Admin certificate an asset
• Travel within designated area and work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, holidays
• A valid Class 5 Drivers License
