About the Team:
Partner Care serves as the donations department of Power to Change. We are an efficient team that excels in handling high donation volumes with precision and care. Through strong communication and teamwork, we adapt quickly to challenges, ensuring seamless processing and a valued donor experience.
About the Role:
The Partner Care Associate (also known as the Partner Care Representative) will work within the Partner Care team to engage Power to Change’s valued donors by responding to and processing donor requests received through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails in a timely, courteous and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Setup and process credit card donations
- Answer calls and emails from donors and staff
- Update donor accounts
- Keep a record of donor interactions, process transactions, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to donors
- Ensure donations database (Donor Direct) is maintained
About You:
- You have a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- You are experienced with database systems (Donor Direct preferred)
- You have customer service and/or call center experience
- You have worked in an administrative role (an asset)
- You have strong problem-solving abilities
- You are detailed-oriented
- You are proficient in Google Suite
- You have effective verbal and written communication skills
