Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Project Management Office team. Reporting to the Director of the PMO, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to drive projects to successful completion by coordinating schedules, budgets, and managing risks and issues. You’re good at:
- Monitoring project progress and preparing detailed status reports for Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders, maintaining clear and timely updates to build positive relationships.
- Managing project documentation, including project plans, budgets, schedules, and supporting materials like training guides or data dictionaries.
- Supporting change management initiatives and assisting with the PMO’s project intake process.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders, and adhering to standard operating procedures and safety policies.
What you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in project coordination or project-related work.
- A Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification or the desire to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project (experience with SYSPRO is a plus).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and oversee challenging tasks to completion.
