We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled eQMS Administrator to join our team at Factors Group. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our Business Users and Product Owner, ensuring enhancement requests for Veeva’s QualityOne cloud-based system are effectively reviewed, prioritized, and implemented. You’re good at:
- Reviewing and triaging Freshservice tickets related to Veeva QualityOne issues and enhancements.
- Understanding business problems and eliciting requirements to identify impactful solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize tasks using RICE methodology.
- Performing user interface updates, creating reports, and troubleshooting software issues.
- Supporting product demonstrations, training, and technical implementations.
- Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
What you have:
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, cGMPs, Food Safety, or Regulatory Compliance in the pharmaceutical or dietary supplements industry.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodology, Freshservice, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and translate user requirements.
- Experience in stakeholder collaboration and organizational change management.
- Proficiency in verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Training or experience with Veeva Vault (Business Administrator certification is an asset).
