The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about quality and compliance? We are looking for a QA Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will play a critical part in upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) by conducting in-process inspections and final product reviews. You’ll also work closely with production staff to ensure strict adherence to GMP standards across our facility. This position pays: Level 1 $22.00 - $31.00

A Day In The Life of A QA Inspector:

  • Perform in-process manufacturing and packaging inspections
  • Perform finished product inspections, work order review, and release of finished packaged products using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
  • Assist with planned process deviation review, non-conformance investigations, and corrective actions
  • Create rework and sorting instructions, documentation, and reinspection forms
  • Review and release incoming labels and other printed materials used in packaging
  • Perform routine and periodic GMP inspections and participate in internal audit program
  • You will work a set shift of Monday to Friday 2:00pm – 10:30pm    

 

What We're Looking For From You:

  • Two years’ experience in a pharmaceutical, natural health, or food product manufacturing environment preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP as outlined by the FDA
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology an asset
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry
  • Experience with Syspro, WMS, and Quality Management System (QMS) software an asset
