QA Specialist

We’re looking for a QA Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and releasing bulk and finished goods, ensuring they meet all approved specifications and regulatory requirements. You’ll play a key part in upholding our commitment to quality and sustainability—focusing on people, the planet, and profit—while driving excellence in every step of the process. You’re good at:

• Ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Reviewing and releasing bulk and finished goods while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Investigating deviations, corrective actions, and non-conformances.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Managing documentation and quality processes using LIMS and MRP programs

What you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Food Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, cGMPs, Food Safety, and Regulatory Compliance in the pharmaceutical or dietary supplements industry.
• Knowledge of FDA 21CFR111, USP, and NHPD compliance.
• Experience with CAPA systems, internal audits, and compliance monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MRP software, and data entry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
