Business Analyst - Data Governance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing, or supply chain industries. This role requires experience in data governance and the ability to implement processes and strategies to enhance data governance across the Business Analyst team and the company as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain industries.
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, data flow diagrams, and system requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data governance best practices and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and report on data governance metrics, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing data governance frameworks and strategies.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing, or supply chain industries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CBAP Certified
