You’re good at:
- Leveraging strong negotiation skills to optimize costs and effectively managing vendors to ensure supply continuity.
- Collaborating with vendors and teams to meet production schedules and resolve supply issues.
- Problem-solving under pressure and building strong supplier partnerships.
- Communicating effectively across functions with excellent English skills.
- Prioritizing tasks and taking ownership to achieve business goals.
What you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business/operations management.
- 3+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SYSPRO) and strong MRP knowledge.
- Familiarity with material management, BOM, WIP, and lean principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; CPIM or CSCP certifications are a plus.
- A self-driven, team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
