The Opportunity:


Are you passionate about quality and change management? Join us as a Change Control Coordinator (18 months contract), where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our change management processes. In this position, you will coordinate and oversee changes across various areas, including documentation, manufacturing, quality assurance, and more, ensuring they align with strict quality standards.

You’re good at:

  • Managing and coordinating change requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with changes while ensuring a smooth process.
  • Documenting and communicating all aspects of change controls with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and building productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Managing time, staying organized, and adapting to rapidly changing situations.

 

What you have:

  • At least two years of post-secondary education in a science-related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with eQMS and ERP systems like Syspro.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of quality and manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
