OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead and guide enterprise-level system implementations, with a focus on healthcare solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in architectural design and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:
- Lead architectural design for complex enterprise-level implementations with a strong focus on healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Oversee the creation of technical deliverables and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Provide thought leadership and architectural guidance for transformational projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices and innovative approaches tailored to New Brunswick’s healthcare environment.
WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:
- A minimum of 10 years of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) experience.
- At least 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Lead Technical or Solution Architect for medium to large system development or Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) implementation projects within the last decade.
- Proven ability to lead teams of specialists on large or complex enterprise implementations, with at least 8 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in the architectural design and implementation of large-scale solutions, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing technical deliverables.
- Proven experience working on cross-organizational projects with multi-vendor teams for a minimum of 5 years.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformational projects requiring innovative business and architectural approaches.
- Verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in French and English are strongly preferred.
- A deep understanding of healthcare IT systems and standards is preferred.
- Expertise in both legacy and modern architecture frameworks.
