What We're Looking For?
We are seeking enthusiastic Nurse Practitioners who are:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioners: Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program and a minimum of master's degree. Registration with CNO on the College of Nurses of Ontario including Provisional Graduate Nurse Practitioner licensure.
- Out-of-the-Box Thinkers: Open to exploring new ways of delivering healthcare and working with a retail pharmacy chain.
- Patient-Focused: Committed to providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.
- Collaborative Leaders: Eager to work in a team-oriented environment to create a seamless healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescribe/renew prescription medications
- Ordering lab tests
- Order diagnostic imaging
- Diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions
- Referring patients to specialists.
