The Client Service Coordinator for Mobile Lab Services will provide administrative support to a leadership team. The objective of the role is to perform specific tasks that support the Supervisor/Manager that are deemed to be “administrative” in nature, allowing the Supervisor/Manager to spend more time with their direct reports, and building bandwidth to work on team initiatives. Please note that travel may be required from time to time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Kronos administration (timecard approvals, timecard adjustments for supervisor coverage as required) (5%)
- Printing or emailing updates of memos, EHS updates, etc. (5%)
- Billing audits and corrections (10%)
- Review of SOP’s, job aids, competency assessments, etc. for Mobile Lab Services (10%)
- Investigation of less critical CEM’s, NCE’s (10%)
- Ordering of specified items in Oracle as directed by Supervisor or Manager (5%)
- LTC/RH contract review and renewal coversheets (20%)
- Communicate with LTC/RH concerns and escalated as appropriate (15%)
- Support with dashboard and data reviews for initiatives within the team (10%)
- Attend teams’ meetings with stakeholders, to support Mobile Lab Services Requirements (10%)
What you will bring to the role:
- Formal education, professional designations, specialized skills and previous related/relevant experience
- Some computer/data entry skills are required
- High School diploma, or equivalent. Previous experience in a medical laboratory position is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to relate positively to customers
