Veeva Vault SME – Development Cloud
Participate in or manage functional development and configuration for the implementation or support of Salesforce products.
Here is how you will be involved
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Development Cloud solutions, including Vault Clinical, Vault RIM, Vault Quality, and Vault Platform
- Perform system administration tasks such as user management, security settings, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Manage data and document migration from existing systems to de Development Cloud solutions, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance
- Coordinate with the Veeva Vault team and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor migration activities
- Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and procedures for Development Cloud solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest features, enhancements, and best practices of Development Cloud solutions
Your experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Business administration with a specialization in IT
- Relevant experience in Veeva Vault administration, support, and migration is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Development Cloud solutions, their functionalities, and integrations
- Hands on experience in data and document migration from existing systems to Veeva Vault, using tools such as Veeva Vault Loader
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs, and web services
