SAP EWM Functional Analyst

You will assist our stakeholders in deploying or upgrading SAP solutions by matching business needs with module functions. 

Here is how you will be involved 

• Help stakeholders define their needs and guide them towards the corresponding modules and functionalities
• Configure modules according to client’s business needs
• Provide extensive technical and functional support during deployment phases 
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer in line with responsibilities
• May be called upon to coordinate the integration of other solutions and functionalities to complete projects

Your experience 

• Bachelor's degree in IT Business Administration or equivalent
• A minimum of 6 years experience on large-scale SAP implementation, deployment, support and/or upgrade projects on the following module: EWM
• Experience in integrating and interfacing with other SAP modules
• Ability to work with SAP's Charm and Solution Manager, as well as Configuration and Logistic Execution

You stand out for 

• Your ability to put forward ideas and persuade effectively
• Your leadership during testing and quality assurance phases
• Your interpersonal skills in customer support, incident and problem analysis and resolution
• Your results orientation and ability to meet service level agreements 
• Your Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec
