Here's how you'll be involved
- Ensure that the testing process runs smoothly and that all tests are carried out;
- Ensure the quality, cohesion and compliance of batch and delivery criteria, as well as the quality of the solution implemented;
- Establish test strategies;
- Manage all tests (unit, integrated, non-regression, performance, load, etc.):
o Plan and coordinate all activities for each test wave;
o Supervise meetings to prepare and monitor test progress.
- With the architecture team and responsible departments, establish the scope of deliveries;
- Based on the planning of future deliveries, establish a test work schedule with the responsible departments;
- Coordinate, direct and monitor the testing activities of stakeholders throughout the delivery process;
- Ensure that integration work is coordinated with the departments responsible;
- Monitor test anomalies (functional and technical) with the team to ensure their resolution;
- Act as a consultant to team members, guiding them towards innovative solutions to complex problems;
Your experience
- A minimum of twelve (12) years' experience in information technology;
- A minimum of twelve (12) years' experience in various areas of the SAP world;
Over the past eight (8) years, have completed a minimum of 880 person-days, in a maximum of five (5) relevant mandates, as a test coordinator.
- Within the last eight (8) years, have worked on one (1) mandate of at least 200 person-days, involving test automation;
- Within the last eight (8) years, worked on one (1) mandate of at least 200 person-days, involving performance and load testing.
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside Quebec.
