The IBM Client Innovation Centre Quebec (CIC), at LGS, employs professionals who collaborate on projects within technology practices, offering local and remote services. Responsabilités 

  • Contribuer à livrer, mettre en oeuvre et maintenir des infrastructures performantes et disponibles
  • Émettre des recommandations sur l’évolution des technologies en place, des technologies de remplacement ou de nouvelles solutions technologiques
  • Réaliser des activités d’analyse reliées aux infrastructures technologiques
  • Valider les changements de l’environnement technologique
  • Soutenir les équipes d’exploitation dans la résolution des incidents et des problèmes

Exigences

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales en informatique ou discipline connexe
  • Expérience de 5 années dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, dont au moins 5années à titre de conseiller dans un centre de service
  • Expérience de 2 années dans un poste similaire,  avec un environnement technologique d’envergure
