LG Electronics Inc. has an opportunity for a Go-to-Market Manager to join the Home Appliances team. The ideal candidate will be capable of working cross-functionally and support the activities of the Home Appliances Team.
 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of financial KPI reports
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet deadlines
  • Manage and simulate Sales revenue and Operating income
  • Manage sell-out forecasts, results, and reports
  • Monitor competitors’ promotional activities and evaluate their promotional tactics and strategy
  • Analyze and advise on improvements in the processes, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity
  • Conduct regular pre- and post-bottom-up event level analysis to identify tactical promotional effectiveness (uplift and ROI) and track performance variance from target
  • Provide analytical support on pricing/promotion decisions and products’ profitability
  • Support strategy definition for different account segments and key accounts
  • Assist with customer level promotional planning

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field
  • Consumer Electronics or Consumer goods commercial experience is a strong asset
  • Previous pricing and promotion experience is an asset
  • Ability to perform complicated financial analyses with guidance, as well as determine basic analyses required to support the sales force in their promotion decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issue, and present results)
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills are required
  • Advanced writing and communication skills, and ability to interact with the senior management team, as well as actively coordinate with individuals from various parts of the organization (e.g. Sales and Product Manager)
  • Ability to solve issues using multiple sources of information
  • Action oriented - willing to identify opportunities and drive with key stakeholders
