Jr. Vehicle Fire Suppression Systems Technician

Levitt-Safety has exciting opportunities for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our Vehicle Fire Suppression Systems team in Port Coquitlam, BC.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair vehicle fire suppression systems at customer sites
•  Work on multiple brands, including Ansul, Kidde, Fogmaker, and Amerex
•  Perform fire safety inspections and recommend solutions to customers
•  Train equipment operators and end-users on proper fire system use
•  Keep your service vehicle, tools, and inventory organized and ready for jobs
•  Coordinate with the service team to schedule work efficiently
•  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and complete necessary paperwork

•  Experience with vehicle fire suppression systems is an asset but not required – we’ll train the right candidate!
•  Mechanical or electrical experience (automotive, heavy equipment, or related fields)
•  Comfortable using hand and power tools
•  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with the ability to pass a background and drug and alcohol test
•  Ability to use technology for service reports and scheduling
•  Strong customer service and communication skills – you’ll be representing Levitt-Safety!

• $25-32/hr, depending on skills & experience
