 Job Summary 

As a Service Coordinator, you will hold a key front-line role in supporting our Service Technicians in delivering exceptional service to our customers in the region.
 

Based in Port Coquitlam and reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor, you will use your customer service, administrative, scheduling, and organizational skills to partner jointly with customers and Levitt-Safety Technicians to facilitate the efficient and thorough completion and documentation of each service job from scheduling to invoicing, ultimately providing an exceptional customer service experience at all touchpoints.

 
 Main Responsibilities

 

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our service customers and technicians regarding diverse aspects of our products and services in the BC region.
  • Determine service requirements and schedule technicians for service calls to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with the Service Technicians and the customer to coordinate tools, equipment, and subcontracts required for each service call.
  • Maintain accurate records including calendar management, customer accounts, work orders, purchase orders, inventory management, and other documentation required for each service call and branch support.
  • Ensure that all invoicing is processed accurately according to work performed, including capturing customer payment methods and updating information in customer portals as required to ensure prompt receipt of payment.
  • Participate in internal projects and tasks as required to help us make Canada a safer place to live and work.

Role Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service and/or administrative role in an industrial or technical business-to-business environment, ideally working with technicians and service scheduling.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, able to work effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, able to use multiple systems effectively to keep up with concurrent priorities.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional administrative skills; passionate about making quality personal.
