The ideal candidate is a people person with a natural ability to buildrelationships and effectively managea team. You must be an enthusiastic leader with exceptional organizational skills, leading by example and motivating your team to exceed their goals. 

The Role: 

• - Manage and motivate a team to increased sales and operational efficiency 

• - Ensureexceptional customer service standards are consistently met 

• - Oversee recruitment, hiring, and scheduling processes 

• - Provided ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to enhance team performance. 

• - Manage and maintaininventory to optimizestock levels. 

• - Implement and uphold company policies and procedures. 

• - Participate in planning and executing promotional activities and sales campaigns. 

• - Address and resolve customer concerns promptly. 

• - Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. 

The Skills: 

• - 3-5years of experience in retailmanagement 

• - A degree in business is considered an asset  

• - A proven track record in customer outreach and retention. 

• - Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies 

• - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability through effective operational management 

• - Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

• - Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills 

• - Strong communicationand interpersonalskills
