The Opportunity:
Livestock is looking to add a full-time Marketing Coordinator, Digital to our growing team. The Marketing Coordinator, Digital is responsible for ensuring all Livestock, and occasionally size? and JD Sports, campaigns are delivered across key touch points, with a primary focus on Social and related platforms. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will oversee the execution of the social media plan, develop strategy, manage the content calendar, coordinate campaigns, recap performance reports and ensure creative is received, processed, and delivered to the appropriate channels according to plan. This is a highly collaborative role, coordinating with multiple teams to drive business growth through a multi-channel approach.
The Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Buying & e-commerce functions to plan out content themes and execution plan across social
- Support wider marketing team with campaign planning, briefs & scheduling
- Work with retail to create staff video content
- Monitor and improve brand reputation on social media, strategizing our reputation management and finding effective ways to interact with our customers
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the social media audience
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media channels to increase user engagement
- Lead the development and implementation of JD’s social media strategy
- Lead the coordination of social media promotions and events
- Own the marketing campaign calendar, coordinating execution across social media
- Schedule and publish posts on all social media platforms
- Collaborate with Creative Lead and Graphic Designer to create assets
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools
- Aid in monitoring and researching industry trends and competitor activity on social media
- Help manage and monitor social media analytics to track engagement and growth
- Assist with blog post creation
- NSO support for capturing, posting social content, and store activations
- Prepare social and e-commerce reporting for co-op campaigns
- Be the primary point-of-contact with ecom for campaign execution
- Other responsibilities as the role develops
The Requirements:
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience spanning organic social, content creation, and digital campaign execution.
- Highly organized and resourceful, with effective time management and organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, cross- functional environment
- Able to travel for work within Canada for short periods throughout the year
- Tech-savvy / proficient in Google analytics, Klaviyo or similar ESPs, Social Scheduling tools e.g. Sprout or Hootsuite, experience with Shopify & Excel.
- An understanding of key marketing metrics e.g. Impressions, CPM, CPA etc.
- Knowledge of marketing channels and routes to market
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Ability to multi-task with an attention to detail and a willingness to get things done
- Knowledge of marketing channels, digital advertising, and a desire to build on your existing marketing skillset

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
- Familiarity with design, photo/video editing, and/or Google Analytics
- Knowledge of the retail, sneaker or street fashion industry
