In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues with a positive and proactive attitude. You will be mainly responsible for accounts receivable. You will be given the opportunity to work independently and use good business judgment and decision making to support the overall efforts of the team.


Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:
 

  • Directly contacting residents for outstanding rents;
  • Tracking and reporting of receivables;
  • Utilizing MS-excel preparing and maintaining various reports;
  • Communicating with Legal Team;
  • Ensuring files are accurate before being filed with Tribunal administratif du logement;
  • Assisting in implementing best practices;
  • Providing backup for deposits;  and  
  • Completing additional related accounting duties and administration as necessary. 
  • Any other duties as required

Working conditions :
