Bilingual Property Management Receptionist
This excellent career opportunity is open to a positive and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills who wishes to be part of an energetic team in a fast-paced environment. In this role as Property Administrator, you will be completing a variety of tasks while working closely with the regional offices!
Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:

- You will be the primary person on the phone, acting as point of contact to our residents;
- Providing basic answers to their query and/or creating a work order;
- Reviewing emails, responding with a prepared template, or forwarding to a team member for action;
- Meeting with the occasional resident to take documents;
- Preparing correspondence as necessary;
- Maintaining resident files;
- Assisting as necessary with other duties as assigned.
- Processing Applications (credit check, verify the admissibility of the applicants,)
- Ability to partake in rotational weekend shift every four to six weeks.
Must haves:- Professional experience in Administration
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Office,
- Bilingual in French and English
Additional Information
- Ability to partake in rotational weekend shift every four to six weeks.
- Contractual employment for Maternity leave.
