Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining supply chain management strategies that increase the efficiency and speed of supply operations
- Develop, maintain and implement BEST PRACTICES.
- Collaborate and communicate with other managers within the team to identify and close any gaps in policy and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal departments to identify and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Review supplier purchasing programs with buyers to ensure they are used to get the best possible price while staying within allocated budget.
- Strong understanding of warranty processes.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels across all product lines to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
- Standardize processes and enhance systems to improve efficiency and data visibility.
- Maintain Database to ensure accurate Part #, Pricing, Description, reorder points,
- Oversee warehouse to ensure Cycle Counts and inventory accuracy,
- Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Monitoring costs and staying within allocated budgets, and preparing reports
Skills:
- Proven experience in Purchasing, Inventory management,
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and warehouse distribution practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and their application in optimizing inventory processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Communication skills are essential

The successful Individual will be expected to take ownership of his /her position. The individual will work closely with Branch Managers, Purchasing , Sales, and Warehouse, teams within Parts and Aftermarket group as well as all internal departments.
