Intermediate Accountant

Responsibilities:
1. Reconciliations and Financial Analysis
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for various balance sheet account transactions
including bank reconciliations.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and strategic insights to executive management.
2. Accounting Operations and Compliance
- Support daily operations of the accounting function (such as journal entries), including
transactions related to:
- General ledger
- Revenue and receivables
- Payables and inventory
- Taxation
- Assist in the formulation and maintenance of accounting policies in compliance with Private GAAP standards.
3. Cash Flow and Shareholder Reporting
- Monitor and forecast cash flow activities to ensure optimal liquidity management.
- Prepare banking reports
4. Audit and Process Improvement
- Assist in the coordination and execution of annual financial statement audits and external statutory audits.
- Review and enhance current procedures by implementing new tools and processes to improve efficiency.
5. Ad hoc assignments and duties as required.
Skills:
- University Degree specializing in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables), VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Display exemplary ethical behavior when working with confidential documents.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills · Ability to work with minimal supervision and to interact at all organizational levels.
- Good analytical skills
- Dedicated and hardworking
- 3 years of progressive experience in a financial role
