As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisitions, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and align with business goals.


This role is located at our Empire Atlanta Head Office in Atlanta, Georgia.


What We Are Looking For

  • Post-secondary degree in journalism, marketing, advertising, public relations, or related field
  • 5+ years relevant and progressive experience
  • Strong writing and presentation skills are a must
  • Ability to apply knowledge and problem solve to overcome challenges
  • Excellent general computer skills. Experience with WordPress, Pardot, InDesign and Adobe creative suite is an asset
  • Experience with digital strategies and social media
  • A strong outgoing and confident personality with a passion for social interaction
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented priorities with ability to multi-task and create, follow and execute project plans

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day

  • Development and execution of marketing strategies across all communities
  • Budget planning and tracking
  • Event and campaign planning and execution for digital, print and social media platforms.
  • Development of marketing assets for all projects (video, photos, etc.) 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and local businesses.
  • Serve as the point of contact for community outreach efforts and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
  • Organize and participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local sponsorships to promote the company’s presence and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Empire’s internal creative team and outside agency to design content, promotional materials and community awareness campaigns that align with the company’s brand.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and social media accounts to engage the community and promote upcoming events or promotions that align with the digital strategy
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and sponsorships for events, ensuring successful execution and a positive attendee experience.
  • Track event participation, gather feedback, and report on event outcomes to measure impact and success.
