The Project Coordinator manages the starts process ensuring all information for each assigned home is accurate. The position works closely with Construction, Sales, and Design maintaining positive customer relationships throughout the homebuilding process.

 

This role is located at our Empire Atlanta’s Head Office in Atlanta, GA. 

 
What We Are Looking For: 

 

  • Post-secondary bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in related role
  • Experience with Bluebeam or Adobe, preferred

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day  

  • Process single family and townhome start packages
  • Review and revise purchasing activities
  • Process change orders
  • Create, review, and update system documentation, as needed
  • Assist with new community setups
  • Assist with software implementations
  • Compile various reports
