Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an overall positive experience.
The Opportunity:
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer complaints, concerns, or issues ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Help resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
- Order Processing:
- Support the order fulfillment process by assisting with order entry, tracking, and status updates for online exclusive products.
- Handle returns and exchanges by processing requests and updating relevant systems.
- Data Management:
- Enter and maintain customer data in CRM systems with accuracy.
- Record and document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Compile and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and organizing customer information.
- Prepare reports and summaries as needed for the customer service team.
- Team Support:
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues, improve service processes and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates and best practices.
- Problem-Solving:
- Identify common customer issues and contribute to the development of solutions and process improvements.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing customer service procedures.
- Customer Engagement:
- Help create and manage customer engagement initiatives, such as surveys and follow-up communications and presentations.
- Assist in developing content for customer service communications, including FAQs and help guides.
What you Bring:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a customer service environment.
- Proactive approach to solving problems, and the ability to work well with multiple different stakeholders
