Property service coordinator

JOIN A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS AND WORK IN A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT!Based in Montreal and reporting to the Director of Operations, here are the main responsibilities of your new position as Property Coordinator:
- Respond to service requests.
- Assign work orders to Building Technicians and follow up on them.
- Ensure good communication between the Technician and the Property Manager.
- Ensure proper deployment of Technicians to buildings.
- Ensure tenant files in Yardi are complete and up to date.
- Respond to various tenant requests.
- Send various letters and communications.
- Process purchase orders.
- Process invoices.
- Manage security permits and incident reports.
- Manage service contracts as requested by Property Managers.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on tenant satisfaction surveys.
- Supervise overdue rent collection in collaboration with the Property Manager.
- Assume responsibility for Junior Property Coordinators during their absence.
- Provide training and mentoring to Junior Property Coordinators.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- College diploma in office administration.
- CPM or FMP certification (an asset).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position, particularly in real estate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
