Under the responsibility of the Vice President of Operations, the Senior Director of Operations ensures the planning, organization and control of all activities related to the management so as to ensure its good physical and financial condition while maintaining a harmonious relationship with tenants.
- Analyze, monitor and rigorously control the quality of services offered to tenants;
- See to the supervision, development and training of staff under his responsibility;
- Participate in the development of policies and operating standards for buildings under its management and ensure that they are applied;
- Ensure the application of laws, codes and regulations concerning the public safety of occupants and property protection;
- Ensure that emergency measures are updated and applied;
- Prepare, negotiate and supervise contractual quotes with suppliers;
- Supervise and develop Capex budgets and have a superior understanding of them;
- Maintain accounts receivable at their lowest level, ensure follow-up;
- Ensure the quality of service given to tenants;
- Carry out strategic management of buildings to control expenses;
- Manage special cases;
- Make forecasts for life cycle costs;
- Manage KPIs and survey cards;
- Perform all other related tasks;
- Proactively manage the health and safety of your team.
Qualifications :
- Hold an undergraduate university degree, preferably in administration, engineering, town planning or architecture or equivalent experience.
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a similar job.
- Possess one of the following certifications: CFM, FMP or RPA
- Master the Microsoft Office suite.
