Basé(e) à Montréal et relevant du Vice-président Construction, l’estimateur(trice) apporte son soutien aux départements Construction et Développement en fournissant des conseils techniques et des estimations de coûts tout au long du développement des projets. Il est également responsable de réviser ces estimations au fur et à mesure de l’avancement du projet, en tenant compte des coûts actualisés du marché.
- Implantation d'un logiciel d'estimation efficace , incluant système de transmissions des invitations à soumissionner aux fournisseurs et sous-traitans;
- Analyse complète des documents de soumission;
- Invitations des fournisseurs et sous-traitants;
- Take-off, contrôle des quantités et couts des travaux;
- S'inscrire et maitriser le système de soumission public BSDQ;
- Obtenir les soumissions des sous-traitants lorsque ces dossiers sont ouverts au BSDQ;
- Contrôle des prix et de la conformité des soumissions reçues des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants;
- Assister les directeurs de projects dans les évaluations des avis de changement et des directives de modifications.
