Basé à Montréal, voici les principales missions de votre nouvelle position de Technicien(ne) comptable corporatif(ve):
• Faire la refacturation journalière ;
• Faire la facturation des frais de gestion ;
• Faire le classement des factures et autres ;
• Imprimer la liste des comptes payables mensuellement pour remettre au responsable ;
• Préparer les chèques et les envoyer aux fournisseurs ;
• Faire la vérification des différentes cartes de crédit corporatives ;
• Faire la réallocation et le balancement des cartes de crédit ;
• Faire la saisie des dépôts ;
• Faire le suivi des reçus de dons ;
• Faire les rapports et les réconciliations bancaires mensuellement, après avoir fait le
posting ;
• Traiter les écritures et concilier mensuellement de certains comptes comptables ;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Qualifications:
• Détenir un diplôme d’études collégial en comptabilité ;
• Posséder un minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience dans un emploi semblable ;
• Maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office ;
• Posséder obligatoire de bonnes connaissances de Sage 50 ;
• Posséder des connaissances au niveau des systèmes comptables Yardi ;
