Based in Montreal and under the responsibility of the Project Director, the Architectural Technologist provides support to the Operations department.

• Collaborate in the development of architectural concepts and layout with the operations team and project professionals;
• Update existing building plans;
• Produce technical and presentation documents;
• Calculate areas and perform quantity surveys;
• Analyze/develop programs and pre-project documents (regulations, codes, etc.);
• Assist the operations team during meetings;
• Prepare feasibility studies.

Qualifications:

• Architectural Technologist or Building Drafter
• At least two (2) years of experience in architecture;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT software;
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite software;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines;
• Show initiative and independence;
• Be creative and proactive in problem-solving.
