Based in Montreal and under the responsibility of the Project Director, the Architectural Technologist provides support to the Operations department.
- Collaborate in the development of architectural concepts and layout with the operations team and project professionals;
- Update existing building plans;
- Produce technical and presentation documents;
- Calculate areas and perform quantity surveys;
- Analyze/develop programs and pre-project documents (regulations, codes, etc.);
- Assist the operations team during meetings;
- Prepare feasibility studies.
Qualifications:
- Architectural Technologist or Building Drafter
- At least two (2) years of experience in architecture;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT software;
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite software;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines;
- Show initiative and independence;
- Be creative and proactive in problem-solving.
